Checklist

• As a policy for all international orders, we do not accept exchange or refund requests unless the product is damaged.
• Slight compression may occur during shipping. Gently reshape the bag by hand upon arrival to restore its original form.

• Avoid contact with water and cosmetics. Wipe gently with a soft cloth if exposed.
• Use only leather-specific cleaners. Do not machine wash or use other cleaning agents.
• When not in use, fill the bag with stuffing and store it in the dust bag.

ㅇ- Additional regional surcharges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package volume.

• Order Processing & Delivery

ㅇ- Orders are dispatched via Korea Post EMS once payment has been successfully completed.

ㅇ- Delivery Time: Generally takes 7–14 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays)

ㅇ- Tracking details will be provided via email once shipped. Updates may take 2–3 business days.

• Returns & Exchanges

ㅇ- Damaged or Defective items: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to smallandgrand2018@gmail.com.

ㅇ- Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use (stains, odors), or missing original tags and packaging.
