ㅇ- Additional regional surcharges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package volume.

• Order Processing & Delivery

ㅇ- Orders are dispatched via Korea Post EMS once payment has been successfully completed.

ㅇ- Delivery Time: Generally takes 7–14 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays)

ㅇ- Tracking details will be provided via email once shipped. Updates may take 2–3 business days.

• Returns & Exchanges

ㅇ- Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use (stains, odors), or missing original tags and packaging.
